O Seminário Teológico Ibetel é uma instituição confessional de fé pentecostal e linha teológica arminiana, portanto ele atende determinados padrões e valores que acreditamos e pode não ser o mais recomendado para cristãos que seguem tradições teológicas significativamente diferentes. Cristãos que seguem a teologia reformada/calvinista, especialmente os que defendem a doutrina da predestinação incondicional e a expiação limitada.
Aqueles que acreditam que os dons do Espírito Santo (como línguas, profecias e curas) cessaram com a era apostólica podem encontrar dificuldades em uma instituição pentecostal, que enfatiza a atualidade dos dons espirituais.
Cristãos de igrejas que seguem uma liturgia mais formal e sacramental (como católicos, ortodoxos e algumas denominações anglicanas e luteranas) podem não se identificar com a metodologia e ênfase teológica do seminário.
Grupos que rejeitam o Arminianismo e que defendem visões deterministas ou a impossibilidade de perda da salvação podem não se alinhar com a teologia ensinada por nós. Igrejas evangélicas tradicionais, como batistas reformados e algumas denominações presbiterianas, podem não concordar com o ensino sobre o batismo no Espírito Santo e os dons espirituais.
O seminário Ibetel não é para o estudante que quer apenas um diploma...
que não tem a intenção de se dedicar aos estudos e realmente aprender. Não somos uma escola que vende certificados, por isso ao final de cada módulo aplicamos testes de conhecimentos para acompanhar a evolução de aprendizagem dos alunos e poder ajudar da melhor forma sua jornada de estudo.
Se um estudante deseja se aprodundar na teologia pentecostal e arminiana, o Ibetel é uma excelente escolha!
Mas para aqueles que seguem uma teologia divergente, podem encontrar melhores opções em seminários alinhados às suas crenças.
